How long does an inspection take?
Most take 3-4 hours, depending on the size, age, and condition of the home. We don't rush; the inspection takes as long as the house requires.
Can I attend the Inspection?
Yes. We ask clients join for the final hour for a walkthrough of everything we found.
When do I get my report?
Within 24 hours of the inspection (usually same-day!), we'll provide a clear, photo-rich report.
What happens if you find problems?
Every house has findings, including new construction. We don't pass or fail homes; we document what's there and walk you through what matters. What you do with that information is a decision you make with your agent.
